Adam was a consummate professional, and a pleasure to work with, as we searched for our first home within the city of Toronto. He was very familiar with the neighborhoods we were most interested in and was able to provide us with comparable sales data as well as information about nearby schools, amenities and public transportation networks. He regularly checked in for feedback on how he was relaying information, which allowed us to narrow our search as we became more comfortable with micro-markets within the city. Adam also highlighted potential problem areas within different homes we viewed, noting where electrical work might have been dated or when a homebuilder used a lower-quality product, for example. Never one to overwhelm during the close, Adam walked us through each step of putting down an offer, recommended a lawyer to help with the final paperwork and ensured we settled in once we obtained the key.
